Thank you so much for considering Simply Staggs Events to be part of one of the most meaningful days of your life. Planning a wedding is an exciting journey, and I believe you deserve to enjoy every step of it—not spend it worrying about timelines, vendor logistics, or all of the little details that come with planning a wedding.

Seven years ago, I started Simply Staggs Events because I genuinely love helping couples bring their vision to life. Since then, I've had the privilege of coordinating weddings throughout Central Florida, building wonderful relationships with venues and vendors, and guiding couples through one of the biggest milestones of their lives.

​

In addition to owning Simply Staggs Events, I also work full-time at Rollins College, which has given me a unique perspective and familiarity with one of Central Florida's most beautiful wedding venues. As a preferred planner at Rollins College, I've coordinated numerous weddings at Knowles Memorial Chapel, Rice Family Pavilion, and other locations across campus. I'm also a preferred planner at venues including the Maitland Art & History Museum, Victoria 1883, and Beach Place Guest Houses.

While many people refer to my services as "day-of coordination," I believe great coordination begins long before the wedding day. My Month-of Coordination service allows me to step in during the final weeks before your wedding to organize vendor communication, create a detailed timeline, coordinate your rehearsal, and ensure every moving piece comes together seamlessly. On your wedding day, my goal is simple: for you, your family, and your friends to be fully present, making memories instead of managing logistics.

My couples often describe me as organized, calm, detail-oriented, proactive, and someone who truly cares. I believe every wedding is unique, which is why I customize my services to fit your celebration rather than offering a one-size-fits-all package. Whether your wedding is an intimate gathering or a large celebration, I'm committed to creating an experience that feels effortless, organized, and enjoyable from beginning to end.

When I'm not coordinating weddings, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two young children. They remind me every day how quickly life's special moments pass, which is one of the reasons I feel so passionate about helping couples soak in every moment of their wedding day.
